However, it’s smaller than the similarly priced offering from GWM – the ORA 03.
With five distinct configurations available, customers can tailor their EX30 to suit their preferences, choosing from various powertrain options, battery types, and trim levels. Additionally, Volvo offers an array of vibrant exterior colours, allowing drivers to personalize their EX30 to reflect their unique style.

While we are yet to have the opportunity to get behind the wheel of the EX30 newcomer, the statistics on the electrified baby Swede speak for themselves. According to Volvo, the EX30 delivers an exhilarating driving experience that defies expectations. The 315 kW Twin Motor Performance variant offers lightning-fast acceleration, propelling the vehicle from zero to 100 km/h in a mere 3.6 seconds. Meanwhile, the 200 kW Single Motor Extended Range option boasts an impressive range of up to 476 km on the WLTP cycle, ensuring peace of mind for longer journeys.
With DC charging capacities of up to 153 kW, the EX30 can recharge from 10% to 80% in just over 25 minutes, providing convenience and efficiency for on-the-go charging needs.

While the truly minimalist design is typically what you’d expect from Volvo, rear occupants will find the car a little tight, and luggage capacity is not that of an XC40 either.
