NEW HOME FOR SUPERCAR DEALERSHIP, DAYTONA

Importer of both luxury and supercar brands, Daytona is set to move to a new location towards the end of the year.

The dealership that imports brands such as Aston Martin, McLaren, Rolls-Royce and Pagani is currently situated in the heart of Sandton and will move to a new showroom in Melrose Arch in November.
The new location will be purpose-built for showcasing exotic cars and will also be the largest showroom of its kind in Africa.
It will be equipped with a restaurant, coffee bar, customer lounges, function spaces and merchandise stores where fans of the performance brands can buy branded items.
While the dealership will continue to sell a selection of pre-owned supercars, it will also have a 4,000 square-metre workshop and parts facility that will be open seven days a week with evening sales and service trading.
A new feature will be an aftermarket fitment centre that will service all sports and supercars.
According to Justin Divaris, CEO of Daytona, they have been working on the project for a long time. “It is great to finally see the structure taking shape at this prime spot in Melrose Arch. Daytona will definitely grow from strength to strength in this state-of-the-art lifestyle driven space which will open in November of this year. We believe that this development shows the confidence that we as Daytona have in South Africa and the luxury car market.”
In the meantime, though, Daytona will resume its normal services at its Sandton location.
